4 lots of 15 minutes today, 9 minutes at 2:16 for Anita, 1:53 for me, and 6 minutes at 2:26 for Anita, 2:02 for me.
Both of us did the required distance, Anita struggled on the last one but made up the time to get back on track in the last 6 minutes.
I've got a cold that has come out today, but completed all the distances, indeed rowing the furthest on the last 15 minutes.
