Day 65 - 8 hours work, 2 hours rowing :)

3 x 40' 4R tonight :) The most we've ever done on a work day by 30 minutes, and all towards doing another 100km week for the VTC

Anita
1. 8514m @ 2:20.9 20spm
2. 8634 @ 2:19.0 22
3. 8056 @ 2:28.9 20
25204m total

This may be getting boring but Anita was immensely strong again tonight. Her true athletic prowess is coming to the fore now. She openly admits she would have shied away from Endurance in the past, but she's always been inspired by sport, so now she is involved herself it is having a very positive effect on her! She now says she finds it theraputic, and I fully agree - The rowing machine never lies to you, it tells you straight exactly how much work you've put in and it can give you time to order your thoughts after a hard day at work.

Me
1. 10525m @ 1:54.0 25
2. 10214m @ 1:57.5 24
3. 9749m @ 2:03.1 24
30488m total

HM+ metres are now getting much easier. I pushed it pretty hard for the first 2 intervals, removed the seat pads for intervals 2 and 3 and didn't have anywhere near the issues with numb-bum as I did with the pads!! Good news as we're doing a timed FM on Saturday, and I don't want to be stopping much :)

Cumulative Total: 2193265m (1363.1 miles)

The Journey:
Start - Topnotch Gym Colchester CO4 9ES
Finish - Gschaid, Austria http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gschaid
